• Per Diem Fee of $200 per hour for service delivery
• Per Diem Fee required for travel outside of the Denver metropolitan area
• Actual cost of all reasonable and necessary travel expenses, including airfare, hotel, parking, ground transportation, mileage (IRS rate), and meals.
• Per Diem total for each session cancelled with fifteen days or less notice, along with any non-refundable expenses incurred
